Felony Division

     Welcome to the Felony Division Webpage. All felony crimes are prosecuted in the 40 Judicial District Court, which has three divisions: Division A, Division B, and Division C. Felony cases are assigned a division through a random allotment process conducted by the Clerk of Court.

     The Felony Division is made up of a group of experienced trial attorneys. Each felony division has a victim’s advocate who works with the felony attorneys. This victim’s advocate assists victims through the criminal justice process and provides other services or referrals to crime victims.
