Kendrell Lewis plead guilty to manslaughter
On April 20th, 2009, Kendrell Lewis plead guilty to manslaughter in the case of Morial Johnson who was shot March 17th 2006 in the 1800 block of West Airline Highway Laplace, Louisiana. A pre sentence investigation was conducted by the Louisiana Department of Corrections.
Lewis was sentenced by Judge Mary Hotard Becnel to 25 years to the Department of Corrections. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys William D. O’Regan, III and Kerry Brown.
Lewis was represented by attorney Martin Regan.
